I started LOD because I was tired of losing my Sundays to laundry. Like most professionals in Boston, I was juggling a career, a social life, and the endless list of things that never quite get done. Laundry was always at the bottom of the list until it became a crisis.
I looked for a service that treated my time like it mattered. Something premium, transparent, and reliable without making me feel like I was managing a vendor. It didn’t exist. So I built it.
