LOD has not yet obtained federal trademark registration for these marks. Upon registration, these marks will be updated to reflect ® status.
You may not use any LOD trademark, logo, or brand element without our prior written consent.
2. User Content & Photo Logs
By submitting photos, feedback, or content to the LOD platform, you grant LOD LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for operational quality assurance and service delivery.
3. DMCA Notice — Reporting Copyright Infringement
LOD respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a notification to our designated agent containing:
- Full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Specific URL or location of the alleged infringing material on our platform.
- A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
LOD will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
4. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notice to legal@lodvalet.com.
